Restaurant Alexander sits on the terrace beside Herbert Hall Winery, in the corner of Kent where Alexander Hall grew up.

After six years at London's River Cafe, and before that with Michel Roux, he came home to cook with what Kent grows, rears and lands. The menu is short and changes often. Kentish produce, cooked simply.
